3. Stain Application: Choose from dozens of stain colours. We apply test patches so you approve the exact colour before we proceed.
4. Polyurethane Finish: 2–3 coats of commercial-grade oil-based or water-based polyurethane for maximum durability.
5. Final Inspection: We walk through the finished floors with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Refinishing is typically 60–75% cheaper than full replacement:

Refinish if:
