• SPC Luxury Vinyl Plank: 100% waterproof stone-polymer core. Ideal for basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms. From $2.49/sqft.
• Waterproof Laminate: Most of our laminate collection features sealed edges and a wax-treated HDF core that handles splashes for up to 72 hours. (Some older/budget laminates are water-resistant only — ask us which is which.) From $2.39/sqft.

For fully below-grade basements, we strongly recommend SPC vinyl. For main-floor kitchens and living areas, either option works beautifully.
