Jasmine from Tosca's Deluxe Collection is a 7 1/2-inch engineered hardwood with a lightly wire brushed surface and a water-based, low sheen finish. The AB (Select & Better) grade means no open knots and no heavy mineral or character marks, so the boards read clean and uniform from room to room. Planks run up to 75 inches long, with 17-35% full planks, and a 4-sided micro bevel gives each board a softly defined edge.

The Jasmine name suggests a soft, light tone, which suits living rooms, bedrooms and open-concept main floors where you want a calm, even backdrop for your furniture. Each board is 3/4" thick with a 2mm veneer. It installs as tongue and groove, nailed down with glue assist recommended, and it's radiant heat compatible. A limited 35-year finish warranty backs it. Boxes cover 23.32 sq ft. If you're planning a project in Markham or anywhere in the GTA, visit our showroom to see Jasmine in person or order a sample.
