Latte from Tosca's Deluxe Collection is a 6-inch engineered hardwood with a clean, uniform look. It is graded AB (Select & Better), so you won't find open knots or heavy mineral or character marks. The lightly wire brushed surface and water-base, low sheen finish give it a soft, natural feel underfoot. The 4-sided micro bevel defines each plank. Latte's warm, creamy tone suits living rooms, bedrooms, and open-concept spaces that get plenty of daylight, and it pairs well with white walls, soft neutrals, and modern or Scandinavian-style furniture.

Each 3/4" plank has a 2mm veneer and runs up to 75" long, with 17-35% full planks per box. Installation is tongue and groove nail-down, and glue assist is recommended. This floor is compatible with radiant heat, and the finish carries a Limited 35-Year Warranty. Boxes cover 18.41 sq ft. Like all engineered hardwood, it is not waterproof, so it's best kept to dry living areas. Visit our Markham showroom to see Latte in person, or order a sample to try it in your own light.
