London Fog from Tosca's Prestige Collection is a 6 1/2-inch engineered hardwood with a 2mm veneer and a lightly wire brushed, water-base low sheen finish. Graded AB (Select & Better), it has no open knots and no heavy mineral or character marks, so the look stays clean and uniform. Planks run up to 75" long, with 17-35% full planks, and a 4-sided micro bevel defines each board. Each box covers 20.25 sq ft.

The soft, misty tone suits bright living rooms, open-concept main floors and calm bedrooms, and it pairs well with white or charcoal cabinetry and modern, minimalist furniture. The 3/4" x 6 1/2" tongue and groove planks are nail-down, with glue assist recommended. This floor is radiant heat compatible, though like all hardwood it isn't waterproof. It carries a Limited 35-Year Finish Warranty. Planning a project in Markham or elsewhere in the GTA?
