New York from Tosca's Deluxe Collection Bespoke Series is a 6-inch engineered hardwood with a 3/4" thickness and a 2mm veneer. It's graded AB (Select & Better), so you get a clean, uniform face with no open knots and no heavy mineral or character marks. The lightly wire brushed surface carries a water-base, low sheen finish, and a 4-sided micro bevel defines each plank. Boards run up to 75" long, with 17-35% full planks, which gives the floor a long, continuous line.

The calm, even look suits living rooms, dining areas and bedrooms where you want a polished, understated backdrop, especially in a modern or transitional Toronto condo or home. It is radiant heat compatible, and the tongue and groove boards install by nail-down with glue assist recommended. The finish is backed by a Limited 35-Year Finish Warranty. Each box covers 18.41 sq ft. Stop by our Markham showroom to see New York in person, or order a sample to try it in your own light.
