Volcano Ash from Tosca's Monarch Collection is a 7 1/2-inch engineered hardwood made from European White Oak with a 2mm veneer. Each plank measures 3/4" thick in random lengths (RL) of up to 75", with 17-35% full planks. The lightly wire brushed surface, water-base low sheen finish and 4-sided micro bevel give the floor a soft, textured look. It is graded ABCD (Character), so open knots, character marks and stains are part of its appeal.

The ash-toned name suits living rooms, open-concept main floors and bedrooms with plenty of natural light, where the wide planks and grain variation can show. It pairs well with simple, modern or rustic-leaning interiors. Volcano Ash is radiant heat compatible. It installs as tongue and groove, nail-down, and glue assist is recommended. A limited 35-year finish warranty is included, and each box covers 23.315 sq ft. Engineered hardwood is not waterproof. If you're in Markham or the GTA, visit our showroom to see the planks in person or order a sample to try at home.
