Each plank is hand-selected by Sherwood Forest Products and undergoes an 11-coat finishing process — nine coats of premium polyurethane followed by two top coats of aluminum oxide — creating a crystal-clear protective finish that resists scratches, wear, and daily traffic.
Red oak is prized for its prominent grain patterns, natural warmth, and exceptional durability — a timeless choice for Canadian homes. The Summit II collection delivers the highest level of quality achievable in red oak solid hardwood and can be sanded and refinished multiple times over its lifetime.
