Why Scarborough Homeowners Choose BBS Flooring

Why do Scarborough homeowners choose BBS Flooring for installation? Three reasons: selection, pricing, and craftsmanship.

**Selection:** With 1,000+ products in stock — over 200 vinyl options, 300+ hardwood styles, and 140+ laminate choices — you'll find exactly the right floor for your Scarborough home at our Highway 7 showroom. No ordering, no waiting weeks for delivery. See it, feel it, take a sample home, and schedule installation — all in one visit.

**Pricing:** We sell direct at wholesale-to-public pricing. No middleman, no showroom markup games. Our vinyl starts from $1.79/sqft, laminate from $1.49/sqft, and engineered hardwood from $3.19/sqft. Professional installation is quoted separately based on your specific project — subfloor condition, furniture moving, old floor removal, and trim work all factor in. We quote honestly, and there are no surprise add-ons.

**Craftsmanship:** Our installers are specialists, not general contractors who happen to do flooring. They handle carpet-to-hardwood conversions and basement finishing with the precision that Scarborough homeowners expect. Every installation includes proper acclimation of materials, subfloor moisture testing, and attention to transitions and trim details that separate professional work from DIY.

Flooring Installation Across Scarborough

Our installation crews know Scarborough's housing stock inside and out:

• **Agincourt** — Mature two-storey homes popular for carpet-to-hardwood conversions with stair matching. • **Birch Cliff** — Character homes near the lake needing dimensionally stable flooring for lakeside humidity. • **The Bluffs** — Properties near Lake Ontario experiencing higher ambient humidity requiring moisture-tolerant flooring. • **Malvern** — Multi-generational family homes benefiting from durable, high-traffic flooring solutions. • **West Hill** — Bungalow renovations pairing hardwood on main floors with vinyl in finished basements. • **Highland Creek** — Family homes near the ravine system benefiting from waterproof flooring in lower levels.

Every installation project starts with a free in-home estimate. Our team will assess your subfloor condition, measure your space precisely, recommend the best flooring for your specific situation, and provide a detailed quote with no obligation.
